You are welcome to register an account for yourself, to let the system give you access to post comments. You must give a valid email address when registering, failing which the registration will not work.
All genuine users will need to write email to tcpip@dhandanought.org FIRST, to introduce yourself. Without such an email, there is ZERO chance of the administrator enabling your account. This is because this site attracts 2-15 user creation requests from spammers every day. We have tried writing emails to a few of them, and none have responded. Therefore, these are not normal interested readers. (This site is not interesting enough to attract large numbers of readers anyway.) Earlier, when the user creation policy was more open, we have deleted hundreds of spams posted as comments because of spammer users.
Therefore, if you want an account, write email and introduce yourself first. Or else don't waste your time trying to create an account for yourself.
